Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change, so we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling with more than 24 hours notice will not incur additional fees, and deposits will transfer or be refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 30% of the service fee, or the deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling within 24 hours requires a 30% deposit (if one wasn't required before) for the new appointment, which will be forfeited if canceled. Thank you for your understanding and support!
