Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours and appreciate your support in keeping our schedule running smoothly. What does not incur a fee: Clients may reschedule once within 7 days of their original appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice, and deposits will transfer if applicable. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance also do not incur fees, and deposits transfer or are refunded. What incurs a fee: Reschedules or cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 30% fee, and a new deposit is required for services that require one if rescheduling. Requests to reschedule beyond 7 days will be canceled to keep the slot available, with the expectation that clients will book a new appointment closer to their intended date. Arriving 15 minutes or more late may result in the appointment being canceled and counted as a no-show, which will also incur a 30% fee or forfeiture of the deposit.
